Information collected

The registration form collects contact details, claim location, mineral, land area, certificate information and costs. The later questionnaire collects ownership, title, technical, operational, environmental and commercial information.

Access and disclosure

Claimant records and evidence are restricted to the claimant and authorised staff. Investors see a separately approved summary. Full certificates, private contact details and precise site information are excluded from the standard investor view.

Service providers

The application uses hosted database and private object storage services. Email delivery requires a configured provider. Sign-in uses Minelstone account credentials. Each service’s processing terms and international data arrangements require review before launch.

Your choices

You can review the proposed investor summary before agreeing to it and withdraw your claim through the portal. Contact Minelstone through the contact form for corrections, access or deletion requests.
